Transcript Requests

If you need to have your transcript sent to an employer, scholarship organization, or a college/university, contact Kaycie Shea, the registrar at NHS.

Please be ready to provide your full name (maiden name if applicable), year of graduation, date of birth, and the organization’s name and address or fax number to which it should be sent. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
